SPARE PARTS

We carry a complete stock of standard spare parts for immediate same day shipping. In the case of an equipment breakdown, standard spare parts can be shipped overnight if order is placed before 2:30 pm (PST)

If you have a problem getting spare parts for other suppliers control products, please call our customer service department. We have been able to find alternate spare parts to help our customers to keep their equipment operating.

PRODUCT REPAIRS

At Cyber-Tech we understand that downtime can be extremely costly. That’s why we strive in servicing our products in a fast and timely manner. Products returned will undergo a thorough evaluation and will be quoted for the necessary repairs as well as quoted for a complete rebuild to a like new condition. All rebuilds come with a new product warranty.

If you require service please contact us today for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).

This is truly the core of our business since 1982. Our main focus is supplying our customers with custom configured control products that meets their application requirements. Whether it’s a highly specialized control panel or a standard control grip we’re here to help.
