MS
The MS prefix in a connector reference number indicates an approved status under the current military specification MIL-C-5015. Solid shell straight plug threaded connectors with polarizing keyways; all are female socket type suitable for connecting with male pin type receptacles. Standard dielectric materials for these MS connectors is Diallyl Phthalate; this resin is dimensionally stable, has high arc resistance and high insulation resistance under both humidity and thermal stress. Contacts are silver plated and have pre-tinned solder pockets.

Delphi
Weather Pack is an environmentally sealed electrical connection system designed to withstand exposure to extreme temperatures and moisture. Terminals are tin plated and have special core wings which allow crimp-only connections, eliminating the need for solder. The connector and cavity seals are triple-ribbed and made of self-lubricating silicone. Cavity plugs are available to fill unused cavities.

SWITCHING
Cyber-Tech, Inc.'s line of industrial Rocker and Pushbutton switch assemblies are made from rugged die cast aluminum and incorporate the industry standard 15/32-32 threaded bushing. 120vAC and 30vDC rockers are available in either 5 or 10amps packages. CTI DC Switch configurations are supplied with built in arc suppressers to help insure long life cycles. Cyber-Tech, Inc. also stocks a vast selection of standard and specialty switches.

Cyber-Tech, Inc.'s switch caps come standard on every handle supplied. These switch caps are injected from the toughest polymers to withstand the harshest of environments. All switch caps include a protective neoprene seal and an adhesive cushion eliminating the need to glue. Multiple stocked color options and custom ordered colors are available.

CABLE
We stock a complete line of highly flexible micro-miniature low-voltage instrument control cable. These are available as cables pairs or singles, with optional overall shield of either foil with drain or a braided shield. Conductors are stranded tinned copper with .010" wall of tough extruded polyvinyl chloride primary insulation, rated for 300 volt use at +80°C under U.L. style 1061*. All are color coded using ten standard colors plus white with stripes per MIL-STD-681. Conductors are planetary cabled and helically laid for optimum flexibility, with a barrier under braids. Shielded cables have a tinned copper braid of 90% coverage per MIL-C-7078, with braid angles below 40° for easy pushback; or have 100% coverage foil shield in intimate contact with a drain wire for easy termination. Outer jacket is highly flexible abrasion-resistant gray polyvinyl chloride thermoplastic, meeting the requirements of U.L. style 2464. **U.L. & CSA certification furnished.
